FRANK LEO VICINO
Artist Biography
Frank Leo Vicino was borni in New York City and has studied drawing with his painter uncle, Joesph Vicino, as well as, Art Composition at teh La Guardio Instutude. Later he studied figure drawing wiht Keith Lindberg adn the art collage with Howard Stone in Carmel California . orthe last 20 years he had extensded his art interest into art collecting and art hisotry. As the founder of Argosy Fine Arts he has assisted Museums, Corporations and private collectors in building collections representing American art of the first half of teh Century. Frank has aslo taught classes in “Collecting Art” for teh California Center of the Arts, the Felicita Foundation and the American Graphic Arts” for Historic Perpectives. DR. Vicino is a member of the New England Appraisers Association, the Washington DC Print Society and has received recognition in Whos Who in the West. He is presently writing a book The Primer on Collecting Fine Art.
